I'd ask for a refund... :/
If you can refund it, get a Canon in the same price range.
The latest Powershot (A500 I think) would be excellent for you.
Yes, yes I'm back.
Somewhat.

its all about the light... ... your cam measures the light... thinks its too dark... uses a slower shutter speed and thus leaving the shutter open longer... thats leaves more space for you to shake it while it captures the picture... so... use the integrated flash(even my mobile phone has one for the cam) or take a lamp and use it as a spot on the scene.... or you might consider goin outside and taking the pics... and when you get that close to things... id try the macro option... normally a button or a manu option with a flower symbol... well... nothing more comes to my mind right now...

Hey potter why didnt you just flop your wand out and magic one up
seems alot of effort for an iPOD that i know by by hand that is a bitch to connect to itunes and operate, too much bull for me. I just prefer my $35 128MB "drag songs, drop songs, unplug device, walk away and bobs ur uncle it plays" approach. |
Lol... I don't see your pic there, big guy...
this it?
anyway, the 128 player's fine if that's all you're gonna listen to, but @ decent quality that's 2 albums. I must admit I myself never fully grasped the allure of having my entire library with me until I tried it.
Anyway, post a pic so we can make fun of it... unless that is you... *snicker*

Damn... how good is an MP3 player when you find yourself looking at it more than the monitor screen o.O
Anyway, I've noticed a strange tendency to wear the thing inside the house =D... works better than wireless headphones, and doesn't load my PC's CPU, so I don't have to close Photoshop, Windows Explorer, IRC, BT, the 40 notepads and the 700 or so Firefox windows with porn^H^H^H^H fark^H^H^H^H wired.com... ^.^
