Doesn't seem to? Or how do you access it/enable it?

Overall, Opera seems rather nice.

I interpreted it as when you start typing in the omni/address bar and press arrow-key down you get a list. I guess that's what he meant. o.O

Like we used to have in the past atleast? Something like this:

You had an arrow next to the address bar or something that showed your most visited sites or something like that.

that pops up automaticly for already visited urls.

if you want to use search engines with that you have to config that. for example enter "g bruce willis" shows the top results of a google search for the name bruce willis. google and bing are defaults (g and b). you can add almost every other engine you want and bind that to a letter

That's what I meant.

Opera doesn't do it either (just tried). The only browser to still do it is Firefox and that's the only reason I still use it even though it performs like shit. Fuck this touch screen mentality...

Interesting that you say it does it considering that:

1) I can't make it happen.
2) Every single discussion on the internet says Opera past 15 has removed this feature and has not brought it back.

I think he means when it's completely blank, without typing anything. Then yeah, it doesn't work for me either.

Yup that is what he/I meant, when it's blank. But I'm not sure I would need it anyway considering I just CTRL+T and start typing wherever I'm going.

No, that's not what I want. That's the Chrome approach that google introduced and it seems to have catched on, mostly because of tablets. And Opera is based on chrome which has this feature written out.

What I want is what Tinkles said. I just want to go to the address bar, click the arrow pointing downwards and have the list of my 12 most visited URLs pop up. URLs that I click, not sub pages of that domain (like for example the nfohump forum).

Firefox is the only one that still does it but the browser has become shit in the past 2 years.

Go visit ikea page and open 4 or t products tabs. It is 100 on my setup all the time with ikea. That site murders my pc

an issue with your potato somewhere. just tested both opera and chrome with 11 tabs, 5 of which were different IKEA ones, and cpu usage of the whole PC 8-10%, with the cpu idling at 1-1.67ghz.

I had no idea Windows could just decide to remove software without asking the user but I guess I got to get with the times...

you know that daemon tools collects data about the stuff you mounted and sends that home to them since years, yes? DO NOT USE THAT SHIT ANYMORE

if you need other stuff than .iso mouting (which is a feature of win 8 and 10) use virtualclonedrive
