there is nothing announced for consoles at this point. don't confuse pc and console versions of diablo 3, they have very different development cycles or what to call them. it could take months for 2.1 to reach consoles, if ever (many features of 2.1 might never see light of day on consoles as confirmed by blizz at E3).

What? UEE will get pretty much everything from patch 2.1 on PC except Seasons/Leaderboards.
And also, there won't be any patches for PS3/Xbox 360 except the on for Day One Patch.
Fairly soon after patch 2.1 comes out for the PC Diablo III, a lot of the 2.1 content will be released for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of the Ultimate Evil Edition. The consoles will receive features from 2.1 including Greater Rifts and the Treasure Goblin realm area of The Vault. Seasons and leaderboards will not be transferred to the consoles. Those features were "designed more for the PC side of gaming, but everything else is going to come across".
Apparently Xbox One and PS4 will get the same patch
Blizzard will release an entire remake of Diablo inside of Diablo III in an upcoming “20th anniversary” patch, the company said today. It’ll include a 16-level cathedral and the four bosses from the first Diablo.
Diablo II’s Necromancer is returning to Diablo III in Rise of the Necromancer, a new pack that will come out next year. There’s no word on price yet, but the pack will include the Necromancer as well as two character slots and some other cosmetic boosts.
Bought this yesterday for 10 euros to my PS4 pro, never tried console version before and damn, this is so fun to play on controller, very impressed how good it plays (actually like it more than on PC), it also runs flawlessy with the 4K dynamic resolution mode (60fps).
Fun game on the couch after work, coop will be blast (not interested about random groups multiplayer, since console version are full of hackers).
It indeed is super fun to play with the controller. Very surprised how well it works.
Couch co-op is great as well.
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.
