Okay I know it's not the newbie lounge, but hello anyway.
After reading part of this thread then discovered it dates back to 2005 I have skipped to the end.
And I think I now understand why I can't find any rules concerning "ratio's" because there aren't any (no DL, no ratio), hope that's right and please correct me if wrong.
Not that ratio's are a problem, but it's nice to know how the land lies.

It's all lies, they just want to keep the BW costs as low as possible, so they hide the DL section. DL section of NFOrce is actually very huge and has everything. And ration is always locked at 2.5!
