It's about damn time they got a better display though, for what that thing costs. The S4 is just so bloody horrible. And it's still not as good as IPS.

But blacks are not blacks on IPS fuck colors, I want blacks that I can't even see unless room is pitch black!
I really like my blacks on the S4, but I like the whites on my wife G2 even more so... yeah, the colors are less flashy, but next phone won't have amoled.
I'm quite happy with my S4, but then again, I got it for free and I would be perfectly fine with anything equipped with a colored screen and capable of making phone calls xD
I don't use it for anything else really, except for some pics from time to time and when I want to watch TV series when I feel particularly lazy . Tried some 'games' too, but gave up after a couple of days.

huh? S4 display won awards for being one of most color accurate displays at the time. but you just gotta keep on hating don't you? i bet in your typical misinformed fashion you mixed up S3 and S4 displays, wouldn't be the first for you

Its been on my mind yes, but I was wondering, if I remember that sony phones have a less featured system on it? Ive never delved into xperia phones but does the whine about less features just really mean less bloatware

Or perhaps "heartbeat" "monitor" that uses LED to falsely give you terrible results?

Also thought I read at some point there was some limitation regarding android and sony or such? Maybe was to do with the android software itself.. Not sure I will have to try find what it was I read at some point and clarify.

every new galaxy phone there is some new issue that news sites love blowing out of proportion, but in reality it's like 0.001% customers affected. S3 had bricking, S4 had dying battery and screen cracking, S5 now has camera dying. galaxy worst phonez evur iphone, htc, etc never ever had defects
