Hold me tight, I'm scared.

It looks incredible and I'm very much looking forward to this, so much so that I'm actually contemplating buying the game for my 360 when it launches rather than waiting for a PC version that has every possibility of never becoming reality, despite Lionhead's constant bullshit of "we're looking into it"

No hacked 360 I'm afraid, just modded drive, so buying is the only option. Naturally I'd prefer a 60fps PC version but I don't know if I'm patient enough to wait for that Laughing

Headshot will probably have to buy it though since it will most likely be XGD3 Razz

No hard feeling though headshot, you can pirate Dragon Ball Z, from the size, i'm pretty sure it's XGD2 Razz

Are you serious? People get excited for updates/remakes to TWENTY year old games Very Happy Fable is fantastic, so taking the original and making it prettier is just a bonus!

It may very well use UE3, but it's not because of UE3.

It chugs, and the controls feel very clunky. In terms of visuals, the game doesn't look that much good either, I would have preferred they use the old game and have it run in 1080p.
As it is, it looks like it uses a lot of older assets (like animations, models, etc) but the overall image has that vaseline look and the contrast is so off that the scenes look watered down. There's none of that vivid colory look that would benefit a game like Fable. Sad

Well, after updating to a newer dash -- 16537, I was on 16202 -- the game seems to run much smoother, but there are still some chugs are still there in certain areas like the Guild or Bowerstone City...

Will play some more as even with the drawbacks I still enjoyed it so far. Very Happy

Hopefully they will do a PC/Xbone version, with higher res and smother framerate; playing this at 1080 or above @ 60 fps with native x360 controller support... So Much Win

Honestly. If they bring this to PC I *will* buy it. Proper, stable, framerate and running at 1080? Yum!
