Some things you can try if you haven't yet:
- Disable GSync for full screen windowed applications.
- Try balanced or high performance mode in Windows.

Even tried another 970 + 1060 yesterday.
As soon As the driver gets installed its Happening again.
Thought maybe its an issue with my Board chipset but then my friend who has it too has another Board and chipset.
I Dont know what Do anymore. Guess i need to buy everything New
