1200 euro for a phone ... u could buy two top models for that price 6+ years ago, and peoples wages have gone down in the mean time if u account for inflation... humans are more stupid then anyone could ever conceive, and it doesnt even have the best or fastest tech.... sheep meee meeee meeeeee can u hear them, and u can get a bigger screen phone with similar stuff for 200 euro roflol

I'm gonna get trolled by Leo cuz of the price (although if you are smart, you can maybe have it cheaper  ) but iMac Pro 2017 is still a beast for gaming (on Windows I mean).
For such a laptop rig, it kills most consoles too, and can be easily plugged to TV.
Recommended for couch gaming (and Pro stuff !), and one of the best OSX rig if you can't bare using Windows.
The GPU and CPU are becoming old now, but trust me it's a beast for a all in one computer ( and a much better choice than iMac 2019 - minus the price I guess, but thermal design is much better).
Also if you are a security maniac it has the T2 chip.

Yes, Google or Microsoft cloud backup is a lot more protected
"Nobody" is paying for iCloud backup just as "nobody" is paying for Google cloud backup. If you don't like it, you can turn off backups. The fact that Apple has cowered is not good, but it just means they play by the same rules as everyone else. Their phones are still a lot more secure and private than anything else in the market.

That doesn't happen with Apple devices. Numerous security experts have proven this. The only exception to this was Siri (assistant) voice recordings, and that was a big deal in security field, as all of these stories tend to be, so they always bubble up. Eventually Apple introduced the ability to have device-only recordings at the expanse of accuracy. Still better than Google which has no such option. Everything else is device-only (such as image analysis, text machine learning, etc.). Put a strong passcode and devices up to several years old cannot be unlocked—by hardware design. If you put an easy passcode, brute force will work, albeit slow. None of this exists in consumer Android land, only specially-built hardware for security firms, police and military. And those are still limited by the Android software, which is terrible when it comes to security and privacy design. A cynic would say by design from Google.
Third party is another thing entirely, but still, the API design (with enforcement in the kernel) weeds out a lot of shit. As I always say—only install software you trust! But if you need to install untrusted software, disable cellular data access, disable background updates and don't grant any permissions. In this mode, there is very little identifying information that a software can obtain about you or your device.
