the defender is part of windows 7 yes, but not the defender you think about. the av stuff is standalone on 7 and called ms security essentials and not pre installed. on 8+ the spyware + av stuff is together known as windows defender

Crapspersky was making my FO:NV freeze, if I was required to take a guess I'd say more specifically with some performance optimization mods (zan purgecell, nvac, stutter remover). Installed bitdefender and all is a-ok so far

And after a fresh install , in a matter of hours after re-installing everything, the problem PERSISTS

So you could easily test a less dusty version of windows, e.g. 10 right?
Other than that this points to a hardware problem?
Whats your problem again? Random and very short slowdowns?

They can start earlier after the pc start or after some good use of the PC or simply random.
I've deleted that utorrentie.exe and it's registries and it's not popping again. For now, it's not happening but can return (not the utorrentie) at anytime

utorrentie showing up again after a clean install or am I reading that wrong?
from your posts in this thread and in recent past it seems the best course of action is:
install win10. do not touch anything or add any third party software outside of basic stuff like essential drivers. until that proves 100% issue free, don't install more stuff, don't cut out parts of the OS, don't surf on infected sites.
You need to grasp the basics before being able to troubleshoot a relatively bloated machine like you want to have.

A bit of googling revealed that utorrentie seems to be part of the auto updater of utorrent.

I've googled and deleted the .exe along with the registry stuff. Not appearing anymore in the task manager. People there said it's a trojan

Yeah, with an Skylake Mobo n stuff new from months ago?. It could be software related.
Need a list of installed programs instead or want the full task manager list?

Yeah, it could be a bad sata cable, improperly seated cable, mobo defect, etc.
I've had BSOD's from a 4 pin PSU cable not being seated tightly into a case fan. just touching it at all would BSOD until i plugged it in firmly. So check if every cable and pin is seated firmly.
but there isn't any info. the vid you posted doesn't show anything really. task manager has a billion apps running.
I would still say do a clean OS install on a formatted main drive, do not connect backup drives and go from there. no apps, just drivers from the mobo support page+gpu drivers and a few games to test. Add one essential app at a time, test a bit, and move on until the issue crops up again.
Preferably win10 as you won't need to spend nearly as much time installing the basic drivers as win10 finds drivers much better during the installation. I mean, you are using 2013-2015 gear in a 2009 OS.
Another route would be to do some benches so you can compare with same components online.
like cinebench, hd tach and unigine heaven, to cover the main 3 components. all 3 should have easily googleable comparison results.
or turn on full OSD for afterburner, and check what's up during a game or even on desktop when the slowdown occurs.

https://www.reddit.com/r/technology/comments/4jw6wc/microsoft_ends_windows_7_updating_pain_with/?sort=new
I need a bit of help to understand this
I have a W7 ISO with all the OSs and x32/64 versions in a USB Drive. It says it has SP1 in it with March 2014 updates i think it had.
The question is, if i install the x64 kb3125574 update after formatting my system (incase of something happens), the one that weights 488MB, will i have any issues?.. Also, after rebooting the PC, will it jump to W10 directly or will there be that W10 icon asking me to upgrade (So i can remove the KBs related to the icon and W10 install folders etc)?
Using a PC with ASUS Z170 Intel CPU if that helps.

But you can remove it, right?. If by any chance i restart the PC will it automaticly update to W10 or will there be the notification icon?. That's the unclear thing for me that not even reddit dares to answer

@Janz: kb3125574 is the new Rollup thing i've downloaded from M$ (64bits version, made sure).
I've also downloaded the mentioned KB you said, the KB3020369 , in x64 and in spanish.
Thanks for the help. Got both KB's and incase i format W7 i'll go to the W10 route to see if there's a fix for a previous SSD to SSD/External HDD transfer i had... Wich is rare (You can see it here, any help would be great in advance https://www.reddit.com/r/Windows10/comments/4dxvoz/ssd_to_ssd_transfer_is_hellishly_slow/ )
Again, thanks!

that isnt ssd or external hdd related. and not a problem at all. got this when i do this with a folder on one of my normal internal drives too. folder is about ~20gb. takes one min till the dialog pops up where it asks what to do with already existing files, think it already compares all files and folders before starts to ask what to do (even though it looks like it already copies stuff, which it doenst. and that explains the slow datarate you can monitor -> compare file, stop, compare next file etc)

That's one extreme BULLSHIT wich never happened in W7.. In W7 it's like instant (disabling the remote differential thing from "Programs and Functions" whatsover in Control Panel among other shit), while W10 such option either doesn't exists, has a different name or whatever.
So "It's Normal" "now" in W10?..What did M$ smoked up?..Is there any way to tell W10 to not compare things up to speed the transfers ASAP?

dunno, havent investigated that "issue" at all. most like it compares the files and copies all non existant one and then asks what to do with the rest. maybe try using tools like total commander for such tasks if you insist it should do it in another way? personally i have no problem with that

I'll record a W7 vid about it then do a W10 once the moment comes, but until then, until something W10 exclusive i'm interested with comes, nope.
