Wow... waaaaaay too much fat for me. I prefer 85+ % meat simply because I find that kind of fat repulsive (due to childhood memories/nightmares from grannys cooking).

I'm not bothered by butter and oils etc., just fat cut from animals used as food.
EDIT: however, that video was a bit much though. That "sauce" was basically just a ton of butter with some ingredients added. Eating those fatty meat sticks with that sauce regularly will clog anybodies arteries in record time.

Cold showers is good for you. 5 minutes is really hardcore for a beginner though.
Is that actually scientifically verified?
You can check pub med, but yeah, there has been a few trials that shows benefits. supposedly those that did it were sick less (from what i remember, been a while since i read it).
The most well known use for cold is to reduce inflammation.. used that many times myself when having e.g tooth ache, works extremely well.
Its also good for waking you up.. imo it's better than coffee. i guess that's the norepinephrine release it causes.

If it makes you feel better continue doing so, but if the trials are what is mentioned here in the video, then they don't seem to be conclusive at all :/
