Hearts of Stone is fucking awesome and with the amount of content its exceptional good value for money I have to say. Havent finished yet but its borderline epic I have to say. Its also great to have challenging fights!
There were some exploits in The Witcher 3 that let people harvest hides and pearls for gold. If you used them to make a quick quid or two, well, the game’s developers know. And they’re sending someone after you.
WhatsMyGame posted this video today from his playthrough of the new expansion, Hearts of Stone, and it shows his travels being interrupted by an in-game tax collector. Who knows all about your undeclared income, where you got it and how you did it.
It really puts other studios to shame in the content/money ratio departement. And it's no filler bullshit either, but top quality stuff, maybe the best in the entire game right now. It's worth every penny.
And yeah, the expansion quickly pushed me to start upgrading my gear again I wish the original game didn't lose its edge as far as difficulty goes, because even fights with "bandits" in HoS put you on your toes.
Finished Hearts of Stone last night. Wow just wow. I loved it! If it had more content it would have been better than the original game. I still have the side quests to complete but its gonna be a long wait until Blood and Wine

I often regret the choices I make in the game but dont have time to replay with different outcomes. There were some truly great characters and enemies in Hearts of Stone. The battle with the Caretaker was pretty memorable and his shovel makes a great weapon! The fight with Iris' Greatest Fear was tough and took many attempts! I also got Olgierd's saber at the end of the story
There's like 8 pawn shops where I live so sometimes I'll hit them all up to look for a particular game and I've been looking for this and just now I went in one that had it for PS4 for $15 it has everything maps stickers, soundtrack etc... like it's brand new. Only thing missing is the slip cover (not sure if that even came with all versions). It's pretty cool when you're looking for one game and you find it.
Did it all except get a visit from the taxman but I think that was only if you cheated the game in some way

I know, I watched many reviews..but dunno, I need some time off this game. I played it last month just to finish it, kinda tired..need something different. And as I said, Im going to return to it some time later..
