I remember playing this with my good old g92 + e6600@3.5ghz in 1080p @ 60 fps on PC (in most zones at least) so I find it hardly understandable that an xbone which is much more powerful than my old crap of a PC have a hard time running this in 1080p...
Have blizzard hired staff from Ubisoft recently maybe ?

seems to be combination of massed up hardware drivers and a bit weaker hardware then ps4 of course. there is no way it can't run 1080p 60 FPS when done right if it can run this way on older PC's.

Pre vanilla WoW blizzard was great in optimization, I remember playing WarCraft 3 easily on a Pentium 3 (not at 60fps though) and even WoW vanilla on a geforce 2 mx 400.
But most programmers left ever since, from both the Mac and PC team... Their games aren't running that good these days, specially WoW which needs an amazing PC to run at 60fps in all zones... Yes the engine was improved since 2004, but it's still using the same base, PC evolved and 10 years later, the game runs worse than it did 10 years ago.
StarCraft II isn't a good example either : while it does run fine on most PCs, try to push it to max, including that shadow effect in cinema tics, and it will make them run like a slideshow. WTF ?
That being said, Diablo 3 ran pretty good on Windows (can't say the same on OS X at launch) at launch. Not sure about it nowadays.
Since the XBONE is using a Windows kernel with most likely Windows drivers from AMD, I'm not sure the fact D3 runs like shit in 1080p has anything to do with the XBONE OS. Could be wrong though, but it seems logical to me... don't forget that PS4 runs on some kind of UNIX system using OpenGL, where both AMD drivers on OS X and Linux are quite a fail compared to Windows, yet it does perform well.
That being said, PS4 uses a custom OpenGL, with proper optimizations and not the one we know on PCs.

Told you guys, it was more related to the fact that Blizzard rushed the port than anything. While XBONE hardware is weak, there is no way it couldn't run this at 1080p....

Yeah but that's the European version multi 12.
US one is much smaller (around 25 gb iirc) and also much cheaper : 60$ vs 70€

hmm , for example I just bought TR DE for PS4 and it's 23gb...but when I started dling it 4,8 gb..compression ? |

No, you only need 4.8gb to start the game and play the prologue. After it downloads 4.8gb it will increase to 23gb.
