I live here, I can imagine what it looks like from the outside looking on. They fucked up royally when they thought it a good idea to give the populous the power of a referendum. You know what, I heard about that. My 12 year old son told me something about people being horrible about the German girl crying and were saying nasty things.
I didn't even want to read the stories, it is an embarrassment. I'm finding in 2021 people are fucking horrible.

Yeah, but I just got this horrible feeling I woke up, and it was 1966, and thought, my God! 55 years of pain ahead, for all , except it would be 1966 & 2021 for eternity on Monday, with FREE English breakfasts all round in Benidorm (that place, that used to be part of a province of Spain, in 1965, (back when Sangria was main drink, instead of lager) before the invasion )

What a game and what a tournament, I didn't think the madmen could actually make it but this is such a resilient and hard-working team, they never left the guard down. The defending was superb tonight as per usual with Chiellini and Bonucci who played at their absolute best, there were quite a few offensive chances as well and overall, I believe Italy displayed the better football.
The penalties were tense as hell, everyone was expecting the Jorginho deja vu but the plot twist stepped in. Donnarumma was a beast, the giant kid has nerves of steel. Southgate's decisions were rather questionable in my opinion though (thankfully ), subbing in the two youngsters specifically for the pens was a risky 4D chess move that didn't pay off and neither did putting poor Saka as the last taker. Then again, it is the history of the Ingerland <3
