The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

It has had quite mixed reviews, and I haven't even completed the base game yet so....no Smile

I finished the main game. Loved the graphics, liked the story, disliked the gameplay/open world.
But this dlc looks great. I am a sucker for snow setting

Yet to download the DLC. I deleted the game. Sad

Finished the game including DLC in just over 110 hours. I rarely get a platinum trophy on any game but I did get platinum for Horizon Zero Dawn! Not the DLC though. I did pretty much everything except for the Hunting Grounds challenge which was just annoying due to the limited ammo restriction.

Frozen Wilds has the best snow I’ve ever seen in a game.

Since having finished with Horizon Zero Dawn in the last couple of weeks, I’ve finally upgraded to a PS4 Pro and 4K HDR tv just 2 days ago, so I think it would be a mistake not to go back to it to see it in all its visual splendour. A new game plus playthrough is extremely tempting!

Almost same situation as me!
Grabbed and finished horizon main game a few weeks ago and started the DLC but decided to leave it for later.
picked up a 4k hdr tv 3 days ago (lg b7 oled, heavily discounted but still my most expensive TV ever at almost twice what I pay normally). It's quite something indeed.

Also decided to get GTSport on sale with some sort of career mode coming soon (not interested in multiplayer so was gonna skip Sport) and damn, it really adds a lot of realism to that game's visual. Pretty mindblowing sometimes.

Sorry I just seen your message. I got a Samsung 49MU6400 4K UHD Smart TV with HDR.

http://www.s21.com/samsung-ue49mu6400.htm

To be honest it was good value for money and I really couldn’t afford to spend a lot on a new tv. My main concern was getting the most out of the PS4 Pro and making use of the 4K resolution. I’m not at all disappointed. Assassins Creed Origins looks awesome Smile

Started playing this yesterday and holy crap I'm impressed - gfx are fantastic, all the day-night cycle, different weather is superb.

Although I'm not too fond of "gather this to make that", this isn't that intrusive, since you can find stuff everywhere. Killing wildlife reminds me of older AC games.

The machines are superbly designed, I haven't advanced more than the Proving, but I still love it.

Also started playing HZD 3 days ago, already level 12 and about 15 hours in, it's a good game and i enjoy it very much, i'm always in a mood for open world games and gathering everything in my path lol.

Had more time yesterday and immersed myself into this game - there's so many places to visit and things to do, it feels like Witcher 3 - played a good bunch of hours yesterday and I haven't progressed too much into story.

This is a fantastic game.

I'm 80+ hours in and about level 45, the combat and enemies are the best thing in the game, the rest tbh is average, still a great game but i hope for the sequel they will have better characters (all i will remember from it will be aloy, unlike said TW3 where there's ton of great characters) and better citys/villages. As for the story.. I'm not done yet so i don't know how it will end but i do like what's going on so far.

little bump: things are getting interesting. a game (horizon zero dawn) which requires 4.07 is dumped and works on 4.05 (though with some audio issues atm, nothing serious, sound is ok, but the voices arent working after a few min. most likely the dump isnt 100% ok, but that should be fixable for the person who did this. seems its a russian version of the game and the complete english audio isnt included, in the release, its on the disc ofc)

There is already a patch pkgs that adding more languages, tested to add english and worked fine.

There is also single pkg which is english release voice without the need of patching.
