Well, 3090 is at crossing between a high end gaming gpu and a cheap professional gpu. The problem is that gamers drew the short stick on this deal.
It's a workstation card that is deliberately marked at gamers with more money than sense. Like I said, that's why nVidia keeps pushing the price up, because so many fools are easily parted from their money.

Don’t jizz yourself, he only did it because his income doesn’t rely on these silly “day one” reviews that all the usual tardo utubers post en masse on the same second the embargo is lifted.

I dont like or dislike Nvidia. But I'm impartial to either side in this.
Nvidia doesn't want to send you cards for free? Why is there an outrage as if anyone is entitled to free reviews cards?
Nvidia is being dickish about it, but its not some injustice. Now if they refused to SELL him cards..yea that's an unethical move. But not just send him cards? Big deal. "We don't like how you talk about our cards. No freebies for you" doesn't seem a wrong outlook one can have.
Am I missing something here? If I bought my friends lunch every week and one complains about how bad the food I got them was because he is not as excited about tacos as me. I AM the dick for deciding he can get his own food?

You're missing the "however, if you were to align your independent editorial views more closely with our PR department *wiggles eyebrows* we will keep things as they are" right at the end of the original e-mail.
nDerpia doesn't like their stance and will stop sending them free cards? Fair enough. Following it up with THAT statement, however, is truly a shameless move.
