I was lucky and bought in local MediaMarkt, here in Poland, box version for ~6 euro.
It is Day one edition, it looks like they bought a lot and ppl didn't buy it.

One of the comments made a little sense saying that it might be re-released again more as abandonware for this Nacon published version hence not having the DLC because they feel they might lose the court case and are trying to get some more money before it happens.
