The question is, what is compelling to move to 4.3? From what I see in the "changelog", there just isn't enough meat to warrant the hassle of upgrading.
Again, the speed improvements to javascript in Safari are substantial. Huge. The amount of time it takes to load JS heavy websites is a shitload faster now.
Other then that, there isn't any real reason to upgrade. However, the speed improvement is a big one in my book.
