I feel your pain I had one a few years ago that kept bleeding, i had it banded to remove it. Ohh the pain, the aching, it was fucking horrible, and it went on for a week if i remember correctly. Basically stick an elastic band on an already aching hemorrhoid and strangle it to death!! Sitz bath + pillows on my chair helped. Altho I didn't had a bad case, luckily. They literally are a pain in the ass Laughing

Funny thing is that I got them while I was writing my masters thesis, not from buttsex (altho I don't have that much of it anyways :\)

From Wikipedia (Whom someone also thought needed example pictures of all various types of these in the most graphic way possible. ) things have progressed a bit now though so you don't need the hammer + chisel method, thankfully. (Though the guy in the above image looks a bit too happy.)
