					| Apparently if you experience sleep paralysis, stop breathing and that will kick your body in high gear and wake it up.

					| I usually get out of sleep paralysis simply by thinking about moving for about 2 minutes and then suddenly force myself to move with my entire will. Nearly always works.

					| Sleep paralysis, remember the first time I had it. Scared me a bit. Kept hallucinating stuff too, and I was like: there's no way this is real, but it's the freakiest nightmare I ever had.
Nowadays when I get it, I just count down from 5, and by the time I reach 0 I can move.

Now what messes more with my mind is, when I dream, that I wake up, and go abotu my business. 5 minutes in, I realize it's a dream so I wake up ... but I wake up to a dream again. When this happened for the first time it happened lik 4-5 times in a row, I was around 16-17. Now that scared the shit out of me.

					| I had a weird experience today which reminded me of sleep paralysis. It happened in a dream though and wasnt the real thing. I was in my bed on my back and could move a bit some forced pulled me right back down to my bed. I could slur random shit out and couldnt speak properly. I was crying for help from my room mate who couldnt understand what was going on i think. Then I managed to move as much as to fall out of the bed. I started seizing all over the floor and then I woke up. I was almost sure it was real when I woke up in the middle of the night

As I was experiencing this sensation I felt that some lifeform (at that time I thought it was a demon) wanted to possess me or something, then suddenly the number 320 started flashing in front of my eyes. I woke up, was freaked out, and checked the clock. Guess what time it was? |

There was no clock you were holding a half-eaten banana. And you were in the jungle. and a monkey.
