Just in case you don't know, you need a Charisma of 6 and take the Local Leader perk in order to create supply lines.

Yeah, just found that out. Now I have to wait three more levels. Two to get CHR to 6 and one to get the leader perk. At least levels come pretty quick

Nicolas Cage the Behemoth, needs a bit less of the "Simpsons yellow" skin color in my opinion but otherwise it was pretty cool and a little bit disturbing. Very Happy

EDIT: And more importantly a Darth Vader helmet which shows that it is possible to get custom made 3D models into the game so we'll probably see a lot more custom weapons, armor, clothes and such before long. Smile

Laughing

Still shit to see something like on GTA5Mods again, people including shady files in Mods to spread a virus or keylogger, nasty. Glad I didn't get those.

I ventured into the bomb zone in the south west area of the map and damn ... I did not expect that. I love the total devestation, the complete contrast with the rest of the map and the really torn buildings and locations. It feels so brooding, atmospheric and dark, it's great!

It also surprised me to find that there's a TON of locations outside of the map edges.

Yea the south west area has a really great atmosphere.
Too bad i went there when i already was rather overpowered. So not even the deathclaws were a threat. Only some fucking legendary radscorpion raped me, so i had to exploit by running circles around some rock. Laughing

Really?
I went there during a quest at level 16. Luckily I had BOS PA for protection.
Still I had to drain a fusion core running away from 3 radscorpions (1 legendary) and 2 deathclaws.
Poker Face

I havent returned to the Atom yet but can the people there be talked to, to explore their life more?
They also seemed to have some good firepower seeing how they killed the 2 normal radscorpions following me with relative ease Surprised

Now, if only I could find final parts for my BOS combat armor...

They won't like you and you can't really interact with them but there's one NPC in the "crater" that will talk to you and if you persuade her you are welcome to at least explore the area but I found nothing of interest there though I might have missed something, seemed like a good area to hide a magazine or something.
(But I was hoping to find parts of the nuke or something a bit more unique.)

EDIT: As far as the "BOS" combat armor goes that's just a paint so while you can buy a full set from the BOS if you are on good terms with them you can also just loot parts from "accidentally" killed BOS members or similar and scrap them and put the paint on better combat armor sets although I didn't find it to be very good compared to the actual combat armor upgrades that increase defense.

Yeah, there is a copy of Astoundingly Awesome Tales #13 there, gives +5% damage against ghouls.

If you like your atmosphere thick, you should try it with the True Storms mod - http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4472

I don't use mod managers regardless. Just download your mods manually and you can vet them yourself.

@tet666 That's just being a wuss, takes some small amount of time to look into the files and see whats inside. To act like they aren't safe is just overreacting hard.

To add further, from what Dark0ne said my take on it is that there probably wasn't a breach, it's just dumbfucks using the same simple password on every site they use and their details are now on various login lists doing the rounds.

Only been compromised once and that was a month or so back with a Facebook account I use for viewing certain updates and such some game companies post including giveaways and the like.
(Could view it without but every couple of seconds a prompt screen appears over the entire site asking you to log in, might be possible to block that come to think of it.)

No idea how it happened (It's not a site I use regularly but it uses a unique password including uppercase, special character and numbers.) but when I logged in after a few months of inactivity to check a few things I was a Korean T-shirt retailer but that's solved now although I have no idea how it ever could have happened.
(I did make a report about a account hack or what it was called but I've still not heard back from Facebook about it.)

I don't know - they seemed rather meh (not disliking me) during the quest visit.
BOS armor has extra radiation protection compared to the regular combat armor pieces I've found so far. I haven't upgraded the pieces yet so I don't know how to compare them yet Smile

Presumably that is just a lining mod. The base combat armour is all the same, it has 3 tiers (regular, study, heavy) that seem to spawn based on level.

Even before the patch if you started Fallou4Launcher.exe it would deselect the current plugins from plugins.txt as I remember it, I'm mostly just starting Fallout4.exe directly via a steam_appid.txt "tweak" so you can do that instead of it redirecting to Steam and it launching the default associated exe for that game which in this case is the launcher.
(No need for the launcher after setting the initial ini settings either unless you want to delete said ini and start with a fresh one in case of unwanted behavior from some tweak.)

Just use the NMM, start the game via NMM and leave NMM running, re-enable the mods in NMM while Fallout4's launcher is running and then click play.

Yup, putting plugins and loadorder on read-only fixed it for me.
Least hassle method! Razz

This, should work
I've also had an issue with borderless window that was fixed by making both inis on the my games/fallout 4 folder read only.

Without that borderless window would stay locked at 37 fps cause the ini would activate v-sync every single time the game launched
