I burned at max speed as well using imgBurn. Installed to HDD and other than a few sound issues, game runs fine.
I assume you're using the .dvd to burn rather than the iso?

I just burned it at max speed and verified it with imgburn but haven't installed yet, my 360 isn't banned so I might just play from DVD offline with a te ... |
