yes - i have installed UK version and used at first PL key now S2 key is french and I&B work on german key and all is ok and working ok EU servers

you cant get online without enetring expansion key
game with deleted dll dont connect online to register it - it will check it only when you try to play online |

| yes there is check - when you connect to closed server you need enter key to "upgrade" your account and unfortunatelly expansion keys are also bound to earth regions ;/ |

DLC idea is a way to "stop" piracy in most cases you cant / download/install LDC on cracked game - so it force you to buy it.
