same thing for me , worked first time now fatal error on select save game screen 
deleting the BmEngine.ini file in "Batman Arkham Origins\SinglePlayer\BMGame\Config" fixed it for me so I guess ... |

There's only 5 seasons,once you complete the 5th you cannot go back,all that is left is custom events.
Finished it with only doing one drift race,hated drift. |

make sure you edit the right .ini files,the ones in "My Documents" not the ones in the game dir
