Put d3d11.dll in your gamefolder where the exe is located, should help.
Btw just read, you got VISTA, vista does not support DX11.

Game runs like ass on 1440x900 even on low.
I switch to 1360x1154 or some wierd option and I get 60fps with ocassional dips to 20s on high. |
