i read some guides that was basically a wall of text and it required you have the original .pkg files for the eboot cracks and you had to repackage them etc, way ... |

i used the 4.21 to 3.55 CFW and then used QA_toggle.pkg, its apparently downgrading me back to 3.55 kmeaw now so ill let you know if i manage to get back on CFW 4.21 1.09.

Does it specify that it's NTSC only? Some releases have USA in the name - because it's a rip of the USA version - but are actually RF.
If not, and it is NTSC, a PAL release is bound to pop up soon.
