LAA won't work because it's a new EXE and you have to patch it again to reenable the LAA flag.

Setting uExterior Cell Buffer to 72 caused CTD-s for me, you could try setting it back to 36.

I'm pretty confident about G2play. They don't even sell RU version of MW3, only EU.
This might be a reason why both MW3 and Skyrim are more expensive on G2Play than on other key sites, like Intkeys.
