You have all that, but MC3:DUB is not very realistic. Juiced is the most realistic street racer to date. don't get me wrong, MC3 is a lot of fun, I enjoy it, but it is very arcadey, just like NFSU.

'Theres a problem with the disc your using, it could be dirty or damaged'

I had problems getting Carbons clone to work.. it the game would start, and then exit back to Windows. I don't know if this will help, but this is what I did to fix it:
Start > Run > dxdiag
