player.setav carryweight 1000
I think player.modav carryweight 1000 is permanent. |

Well if you install JBs patch (or whatever his name was) menus works like a charm, seems some files are borked with the razor release/crack. I suggest waiting for a proper.. And backup yer saves.

I can't play with the too slow y axis.
I put the following in skyrimprefs.ini under 'controls' and it seems to have fixed the very slow y axis.
