This key was activated with a product key that is valid only in a specific geographic region. Since you are not currently in that region, Skyrim is not available to play

I also noticed that there seem to be no Athletics/Acrobatics in Skyrim which i sort of liked too.
Thats a little bit of a letdown. I loved having a high Acrobatics skill to jump around.
