Thx slipek, I'm going to try your fix and let you know if it's the "definitive fix" for stuttering :)

edit: unluckily it didn't work for me, I still have the same camera jerkiness and stuttering as b ...

FIX FOR STUTTERING

Go to:
<username>\My Documents\Alpha Protocol\APGame\Config\APEngine.ini

Then change:

[Engine.Engine]
bUseBackgroundLevelStreaming=False

[Engine.GameEngine]
Mi ...
