Ok, the Aquos Chrystal might be worth a look if your on a budget.
It has its drawbacks but, my word, it looks a hell of a phone for its price of $150!! 5.0" screen, and still smaller than a nexus ... |

Don't care about eurogamer's fps counter, look with your own eyes at their driving gameplay comparison video. When driving at any decent speed it lurches on ps3 visibly, like it's skipping frames.
