And this is not a problem to have Vista running in 2007 and a KMS server still in 2006 ?
Activation is still fine with time being so inconsistant ?

You should advance the clock of your KMS virual server by 1 year and see what happens :
You'll have a nice message that says that the amount of activated PC is not enough (ie below 25)!
