Can confirm, just bought the Uncle Ivan version for 899 rubles or 15 bucks but needed to use visa while connected to Ukraine VPN.
Edit: Seems like it shows 899 but it ends up charging like 35 bucks ... |

I bought TD2 same way, no issues. They are all multi and not region locked.
Same, uncle ivan discount was 32 American and some change.... for that price its worth it. |

| I actually had to do it via uplay and buy it through that. Using torguard so kept that up until transaction was finished. Couldn't do it via Russian web store. |

| Not sure how you guys are buying it via the russian store. I connect via a russian vpn, choose paypal but cant change the country from russian fed to US. Paypal fails with security issue. |

| Its pretty much anno 1404 with a face lift. Beta seems limited to only upgrading to artisans and the other two tiers are blocked so its hard to say how much more advanced it gets. |
