it's not probable
card is 60 degree, not overclocked and other games working fine |

I'm just playing with game but it often freezing. Just reset helps. My PC hit the min. system req. I have plex DVD version with reloaded crack.

I started game from DVD-rom with 2. CD and game working again  (I do not understand it)

When the game got released it was buggy as hell for pc and unplayable, just play it on the console
