Mabye I should just mount the image and copy everything over and burn it as DVD9 data disk?

I have a Benq DW1655 Burner, and need help on how to burn a dual layer disk from iso. I'm trying to burn Cife's release of Splinter Cell Double Agent. I'm using RiData's dual layer disk.
