On your RETAIL copy, you don't have any INSTALLER or EXE to INSTALL/PLAY the game. You have to activate the product VIA Steam and after that you can play.

| Size of this is 4.45 GB but there're mdf and mds files. Hope normal *.iso will be smaller (to fit it on 1 dvd). |
