Anyone else seeing one of their CPU cores maxed 100% while the other is only 40-50 % maxed when playing AC2?
I have a Core 2 Duo 2.4 Ghz and one of the cores are flat out maxed to 100%... |

The reason I'm saying this is because in order to have the HDR on (in Oblivion also), you have to have SM3.0. Perhaps it's a leftover from the engine itself (Gamebryo).
