Framegen is more of a visual thing, the fake frames make it feel smoother for no real gain (hence the input lag). It’s a matter of preference. |

Considering performance. With a 4060: this is 100% fine. It does 1440P at med settings at 80 FPS. The CPU is a bit out of sync here but that doesn't seem to be an issue.
