I seem to miss how the change is a nerf. For me this looks like a drastic buff to overwatch.
Before nerf when enemys turn was triggered on enemy turn they ALWAYS went to cover and ended their tur ... |

I want deluxe version so bad, but don't have money currently and russian VPN version is uncertain to work after activation without VPN.
