Okay i got the exact same problem as threadstarter KTORPIL.
Why are HFRIK asking about framework 2.0? Is it responsible for not the game not working?

Hi and thanks for all the replies. Although i found the solution myself. All it was to is was to rename one of the files with an "rar" ending. I could then open it with winrar and extract.

Well, im using winrar, and it are more keen on zipping them instead of unzipping. 
And if any admin sees this, perhaps they will be so kind to move this, prefferably without kicking and banning ... |

Okay so i aquired a new torrent of gothic3. The razor1911 edition. It was added not long ago.
But it only contained files like this: rzr-gtc3.001, rzr-gtc3.002, rzr-gtc3.003 ETC.
