| Is it possible to get the expansion working with a RoW-key and VPN? When I tried it, Steam did download all the files but the game still keeps launching with Gods & Kings on. |

You can certainly finish Mass Effects 2 & 3 in ~20 hours, they have very light rpg elements and should be pretty good first time rpgs for some one who has mainly played shooters before.
