Just a note, dunno if will work.
I had problems like that with 2 HDD´s, random crash. Even tried switching one of the hdds with a dvd-drive. Same shit. Bios found everything and all was cool.

Definitely seems like one of your devices is malfunctioning. I had this problem caused by a DVD-ROM drive. Entire computer would freeze for few seconds while it was working.
