Flatout ultimage carnage have much better GFX then flatout 2...
Just look at the cars, dust, water, shadows, light, ground.... everything looks better.
They actually look like "next-gen" games do ... |

Quite terribly buggy controls. Two players both with X360 pads on a PC can't for example run at the same time. Kind of spoils the fun of playing the game at the same computer  |

I serious doubt it will lag on my specs below.. Weakest link, though, is the video card until the next-gen DX10 cards from Nvidia come out in 3 weeks.
