To use ur "Russian" save file and to get the MP working;
-remove Russian version
-install Reloaded version
-install 1.01 update
-dont use Reloded crack
-apply Russian Uplay crack ONLY!

I didn't install SP3 and it runs fine (meaning I can open the game and get to the menu just fine) the 180.60 drivers did help a bit, saw a 20FPS increase inside but only a 2-3 outside
