carbon ddin't worked with RC,so i don't see it working here
Works fine in RC2, there is the intro video bug like on XP but after deleting the movies folder it runs like a charm.

To solve the crash problem at the start, try to delete every file in the MOVIES directory, it worked for me  |

Maximum heat level is 5, you'll get 6 at the end of the game for a final run 
And heat level 7 is only available in the black Edition challenge (69), every cop drives a black suv. |

The game did take at least 5 minutes to get to hardware configuration and another 3-4 min to start ! fu*** starforce !

| The dvd release is 7gb once unrared, you can split it up onto 2 dvd or erase the partial install directory to make it fit onto a dvd (or burn it onto a dual layer if your burner can) |
