i use that ps2 server program to stream to my 360, works great 
I just got some PS3 server program and it is working great!
Has some issues with the higher quality videos but I'll take it. |

I think the problem is your pc ... isn't it Windows Media Centre's library that the xbox 360 reads? You probably need to get that refreshed more often.
