I have to agree, I recently went through baldurs gate 1 and 2 (without mods). And well, it was fun for sure. But it's not as rewarding anymore. As I know the story, and most if not all side quest.

There is a tool to fix save games over at the official forums, if you get the slow down happening once a year, save, retire and load.

If your save game is >50mb, use the tool.

RLD crack works fine. I installed ITWINS version, patched it up with 1.02 and then copied the crack over. No problems here. Nice game. Cool

What worked/works in Vista, will work in Win7 (except SPTD) - and you can even use WinVista drivers.
