the steeringwheel comes with a special version of PGR3, which contains the fall update.
plus you can get the updates in iso's i think, burn em to a disc and run em on your 360(legally). |

you cant compare an IBM cpu with a xbox p3 celeron cpu, the Wii cpu as it is now, is a HECK of a lot more powerfull then the xbox1 cpu, same goes for the gpu ( embedded memory ftw!)
