+1 I finished it with i5 3570K and a gtx 1070 on 3440x1440. the game is playable on 35-40fps. i hate the setting and the music, still love the game.

Also, barely hold 60 with an OCd 3080 at 3440*1440.
3080 . .... sounds like an nvidia problem.
No stuttering at all on my 5700XT in 2560x1440 maxxed out. 70fps |

So far someones found how to get more motion blur, change the smoothness of it, disable it and a few other things ... |
