Incredibile. I was in a room with 45 fps and then because it was frozen up my fps dropped to 7. I fear that it will be unplayable when everyhitng will be frozen.

I have a 8800GTS. It went back to normal after messing with ingame & nvidia settings.
Any performance tweaks?
